摘要
汽车车轮焊缝的形貌对钢圈疲劳寿命有很大的关系,本文通过对车轮焊接工艺、焊缝金相组织形貌与钢圈疲劳试验结果的分析,发现通过减少焊缝处夹杂物、适当地增加焊接处熔深,以及减小焊接热影响区的宽度能显著提高钢圈疲劳寿命。
The morphology of wheel weld have a great relationship with the fatigue life of wheel rims.Based on the analysis of the wheel welding process,the weld microstructure morphology and Rims fatigue test,it is found that with the approach of reducing the primary inclusions have welds,an appropriate increase in welding Department penetration,and reduce the size of the weld heat affected zone can increase the fatigue life of the wheel rims.
