花生藤、红薯藤与油菜秸秆饲用品质的整体评定研究

摘要
本研究旨在用粗饲料分级指数(GI)对江西常用的羊用秸秆饲料花生藤、红薯藤与油菜秸秆的饲用品质进行整体评定,并建立起这3种羊用秸秆饲料的GI参数预测模型。选取12只体况良好、体重相近(45.72±4.16)的周岁简州大耳羊羯羊,依平均体重相近原则随机将12只试羊分成3组,每组4只分别进行花生藤、红薯藤与油菜秸秆随意采食量(DMI)的测定,单位千克/日,记作kg/d。为便于比较及建立采食量预测模型,将单位千克/日转化为克/日·每千克代谢体重,记作g/d·kg W~(0.75)。然后,采用Tilley和Terry(1963)的两级离体消化法测定出这3种秸秆饲料的干物质体外消化率(IVDMD,%DM),再由固定的代谢能/消化能(ME/DE)系数,计算导出这3种秸秆饲料的代谢能。最后,经由GI(MJ)=DMI(kg/d)×ME(MJ/kgDM)×CP(%DM)./NDF(%DM)模型计算出这3种秸秆饲料的GI。所测定的花生藤、红薯藤与油菜秸秆的GI分别为1.48、1.65与0.30,其中红薯藤、花生藤的GI均高于张吉鸱(2004)测定的青干草的GI(1.10),但低于苜蓿干草的GI(1.72)(P<0.05),而油菜秸秆的GI则高于张吉鹍(2004)测定的玉米秸秆与谷草的GI(分别为0.20与0.17),但低于玉米秸秆青贮的GI(0.42)。表明红薯藤、花生藤均为山羊的优质秸秆饲料,而油菜秸秆则是一种具有开发潜力的羊用秸秆饲料。所测定的羊用秸秆饲料花生藤、红薯藤与油菜秸秆的分级指数参数(DMI与ME)预测模型分别为:①以中性洗涤纤维(NDF)为预测因子的DMI预测模型,DMI(g/d·kgW~(0.75))=30.03/NDF(%DM);②以酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)为预测因子的ME预测模型,ME=-0.141.ADF+11.468。
The grading indices(GI) of peanut vine(PV),sweet potato vine(SPV) and rape straw(RS) were 1.48,1.65 and0.30,those of SPV and PV were higher than that of hay(1.10) but lower than that(1.72) of alfalfa hay measured by Zhang ji-kun in 2004~([18]),indicated that SPV and PV were high quality straw feed.And the GI of RS was higher than those of com straw and millet straw(0.20 and 0.17 respectively),but lower than that(0.42) of corn straw ensile(0.42) determined by Zhang ji-kun in 2004~([18]),indicated that RS was a straw feed with exploring potential for mutton ruminants.
