摘要
随着我国的经济发展,房地产行业也在快速发展。所以对于房地产档案管理的需求也在增多,但是在房地产行业工作中,各种相关档案资料的变多给相关工作的人员造成了一定的困难,要使房地产行业实现进一步的发展,这样的现状必须改变,需要有一些解决的办法。在从现实意义分析的基础出发,针对目前的房地产档案的管理现状做了一些科学的分析,提出了一些加强房地产档案管理的相关对策。
With China's economic development,the real estate industry is also developing rapidly.So the demand for real estate file management is also increasing,but in the real estate industry work,a variety of related archives to the relevant work of the staff caused some difficulties,to make the real estate industry to achieve further development,such a situation must Change,need to have some solution.On the basis of the analysis of the actual significance,this paper makes some scientific analysis on the current situation of the management of real estate archives,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the real estate archives management.
