中低压直接碳化法制备形貌可控的纳微级碱土碳酸盐

摘要
纳微级碱土碳酸盐(碳酸钙、碳酸锶、碳酸钡)因广泛应用于日常生活中的无机-有机复合材料领域及在其他工业领域而倍受关注~([1-3])。本文利用简单、快速的直接碳化法,在中低压下利用CO_2,以乙二醇类多元醇-乙二胺为导向剂,实现了纳微级碱土碳酸盐形貌、结构、粒度分布的可控制备。在此过程中,金属离子浓度、CO_2压力、温度、时间等参数得到了系统地考察,不同形貌、结构、粒度分布的纳微级碱土碳酸盐的最佳工艺条件得到了确定。图1为控制反应条件得到的形貌、粒度均一的碱土碳酸盐。
Nano-micron alkaline earth carbonates, including calcium carbonate, strontium carbonate and barium carbonate, were intensively researched owing to its wide application in inorganic-organic hybrid composite fields and other industrial areas. In this work, the nano-micron alkaline earth carbonate with specific morphology, structure and size distribution dioxide were prepared via a simple and fast direct reaction method. In this process, metal ion concentration, CO_2 pressure, temperature and time experimental parameters were systematically investigated, and the optimum conditions were confirmed. The bundle-like calcium carbonate, ellipsoid-like strontium carbonate and spindle-like barium carbonate were obtained, as shown in Figure 1.
