摘要

目的:探究社区糖尿病管理对糖尿病患者的生命质量及其影响因素。方法:针对性选择2016年2月至2016年8月此段时间内来本社区卫生院就诊的220例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用SF-36量表对220例糖尿病的患者展开调查,分析其中存在的相关因素,同时给予相应的干预措施,6个月后重新对患者展开生命质量的调查,包括生命质量评分和各项血糖指标。结果:实施后患者的生命质量明显优于实施前,P<0.05,组间统计学差异显著。实施后患者各项血糖指标明显优于实施前,P<0.05,组间统计学差异显著。结论:通过对糖尿病的患者展开生命质量的调查,同时给予相应的措施,可有有效的糖尿病患者的生命质量,而社区糖尿病管理将成为糖尿病患者健康促进的一大趋势。
Objective:To explore the quality of life of diabetes mellitus in diabetes mellitus and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 220 patients with diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study from February 20 to August 2016.The SF-36 scale was used to investigate 220 patients with diabetes mellitus.The relevant factors,while the corresponding intervention,6 months after the re-start the quality of life of patients with the investigation,including the quality of life score and the indicators of blood glucose.Results:The quality of life of the patients was significantly better than that before the implementation,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant After the implementation of the indicators of blood glucose was significantly better than before the implementation,P <0.05,significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Through the investigation of the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus,the corresponding measures can be given to the quality of life of diabetic patients,and community diabetes management will become a major trend in the health promotion of diabetic patients.
