巨大芽孢杆菌对杂交鲟血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响

摘要
本研究旨在探讨植物蛋白质(PM)饲料基础上添加巨大芽孢杆菌对杂交鲟幼鱼血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响。以鱼粉(FM)组和PM组为对照组,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在PM组基础上添加106cfu/g市售枯草芽孢杆菌和105、106、107cfu/g巨大芽孢杆菌。试验结果表明:试验Ⅱ组鱼体增重比PM组显著提高,而饲料系数则显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组中血清总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量显著高于PM组(P<0.05);各试验组中的尿素氮(BUN)和尿酸(UA)含量显著低于PM组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著低于PM组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组血清和肝脏的抗超氧阴离子自由基(ASAFR)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著高于PM组(P<0.05)。综上,植物蛋白源饲料中添加适宜水平的巨大芽孢杆菌可提高杂交鲟的机体抗氧化能力和蛋白质利用率;在本试验条件下,添加105~106cfu/g巨大芽孢杆菌能促进杂交鲟生长。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding Bacillus megaterium to plant protein meal(group PM) on antioxidant capacity and serum biochemical indices of hybrid sturgeon. The fish in the 4 experimental groups were fed group PM with 106cfu/g Bacillus subtili(groupⅠ), 105cfu/g(groupⅡ),106cfu/g(groupⅢ) and 107cfu/g Bacillus megaterium(groupⅣ),taking the fish meal(group FM) and group PM as control groups. The results showed that the weight gain of groupⅡwere higher compared with group PM, and the feed conversion ratio(FCR)were lower(P<0.05).The total protein(TP) content and globulin(GLB) content were higher in all experimental groups compared with the group PM(P<0.05).The content of urea nitrogen(BUN)and uric acid(UA)were lower in all experimental groups compared with the group PM(P<0.05).The activity of alanine transarninase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were lower in groupⅢcompared with the group PM(P<0.05). The content of glutathione(GSH) and the activity of antisuperoxide anion free radical(ASAFR) were higher in groupⅡcompared with the group PM(P<0.05).
