成像法测量飞机导光板照明亮度

摘要
基于CCD成像型亮度测量方法实现了飞机驾驶舱导光板照明亮度的测量,该方法能够获得整个导光板面光源的亮度分布。为了保证亮度测试的准确性,采用CCD成像型亮度计测量积分球标准亮度光源,在亮度范围0~100 FL内测试结果相对误差小于2.5%。通过分析导光板的二维亮度分布图,结果表明导光板亮度范围为2.469~4.856 cd/m~2,亮度均匀度约为2:1,满足国军标对导光板亮度技术指标的要求,保证了驾驶舱照明环境具有良好的视觉工效。
Luminance measurement of aircraft cockpit light plane is implemented based on CCD imaging method,and the luminance distribution of the whole light plane is obtained.To ensure the accuracy of luminance measurement,an integration sphere system as the standard luminance source is measured by CCD imaging luminance meter,and the relative error is less than 2.5%within the range 0 ~ 100 FL.By analyzing the two-dimensional luminance distribution of light plane,the luminance range is 2.469 ~4.856 cd/m2,and luminance uniformity is approximately equal to 2:1,which satisfies the luminance technique indexes of light plane in GJB and guarantees the excellent visual performance of cockpit lighting.
