磁场作用下保护渣成分变化对流变性能的影响

摘要
设计五因素四水平正交试验,通过保护渣电磁特性测量装置测定了高频电磁场作用下保护渣黏度随温度变化的曲线,根据Arrhenius方程和最小二乘原理计算相应的黏流活化能,研究了保护渣中碱度、Na_2O、MgO、caF_2及BaO的成分变化对其流变性的影响,为软接触电磁连铸技术中保护渣的设计提供了理论依据。研究结果表明:在20 kHz高频电磁场下,随着碱度的升高、Na_2O、MgO、CaF_2及BaO含量的升高,均使保护渣黏度增大,黏流活化能增大,转折温度升高。
In this paper,the orthogonal experiment for five factors and four levels was designed.Through the casting powder electromagnetic characteristic measurement device,under the 20 kHz high-frequency electromagnetic field,the variation curves of viscosity of casting powder with temperature were measured.The relationship between rheologjcal property and CaO/SiO_2 and Na_2O content,MgO content,CaF_2 content,BaO content was researched by measuring the viscous fluid activation energy which was calculated on the basis of the equation of Arrhenius and the principle of least squares in order to providing theoretical basis for optimizing mo ld flux.It provides theoretical basis for the design of the casting powder of soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting.The research results show that,under the 20 kHz high-frequency electromagnetic field,with the increase of basicity.and the increase of Na_2O,MgO,CaF_2and RaO content.the viscosity of castina powder increases,the viscous flow activation energy increases.the transition temperature rises.
