烟梗、烟叶配比对薄片产品得率的影响

摘要
为考察造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中烟梗、烟叶原料对产品得率的影响,在福建金闽一期生产线的基础上,通过采集各牌号薄片产品烟梗、烟叶投料比及进高浓磨前皮带秤质量数据,采用一元线性回归分析生产过程中烟梗、烟叶原料配比对薄片产品得率的影响,并探讨了在提取段使用最优烟梗、烟叶原料配比情况下,梗膏、叶膏产出对生产过程物料平衡的可行性。结果表明,烟梗用量比例在50%~65%区间时,烟草纤维得率随烟梗用量比例的增加呈下降趋势。当原料全部使用烟梗时烟草纤维得率达到最小值,为45.92%,当原料全部使用烟叶原料时烟草纤维得率达到最大值为51.3%,在成本控制的前提条件下,适当的提高烟叶原料的投料比例有利于薄片得率的提升。
Stem and leaf ratio of raw materials for the yield of tobacco sheet plays an important influence in the manufacture of paper-making reconstituted tobacco.This article researched on the influence of stem and leaf ratio of raw material for the yield of tobacco sheet during the production process based on the first phase production line of Fujian Jinmin, and discussed the feasibility of stem and leaf output of material balance in the production process during the extraction process under the circumstance that using the best ratio of stem and leaf. The results show that when in range of stem dosage ratio of 50% ~ 65%, tobacco fiber yield will decline following the increase of the mentioned ratio. When material all use stem, tobacco fiber yield will reach the minimum 25.92% and when material all use pieces, tobacco fiber yield will reach the maximum 51.3%. At the same time, under the condition of the premise of cost control, appropriate increase leaf raw material charge ratio benefits to the raise of tobacco sheet yield.
