摘要
跨河桥为某水库的配套工程,位于坝址下游2Km处,为连接两岸的永久桥梁。桥梁的修建,使工程区内形成环形交通,提高工程管理的可靠度。桥梁设计满足《防洪标准》要求,桥梁建成后,桥位断面水位壅高使得桥下净空有可能不满足有关要求,同时可能会对第三方合法水事权益产生影响,但不会对河道行洪以及对下游河段的河势造成影响。
