循环流化床粉煤灰基辅助胶凝材料性能及应用研究

摘要
循环流化床粉煤灰硫、钙含量较高,矿物组成以烧粘土、赤铁矿、硬石膏为主,且由于燃烧温度低,体系中无玻璃体存在。组成和结构特点使得循环流化床粉煤灰具有吸水性、自硬性和膨胀性等特性,将其直接单独作为混合材或掺合料用于水泥和混凝土中,可能会造成水泥和混凝土工作性和耐久性降低。本论文对几种典型循环流化床粉煤灰组成、结构和性能进行了系统研究,提出采用粉磨+复合手段制备循环流化床粉煤灰基辅助胶凝材料。研究结果表明,经过合适的粉磨以及与钛矿渣、磷渣等复合,可以制备得到PC425水泥用缓凝剂和混合材以及混凝土用复合掺合料。
The low burning temperature and in-furnace desulphurization of circulating fluidized bed boilerresulted in the circulating fluidized bed combustion fly ash(CFBC fly ash)with high content of SO_3 and CaO compared with ordinary fly ash.The main mineral compositions of CFBC fly ash are calcined clay,hematite and anhydrite,and no glass phases are observed.The water adsorption,self-hardening and expansibility make it difficult to applicate in cement and concrete.In this study,the structures,composition and properties of several typical CFBC fly ashs have been analyzed.And the grinding and composite technology has been proposed to prepare CFBC fly ash based cementitious materials.Results indicated the ground CFBC fly ash and composite with titanium slag or phosphate slag could be used to prepare P.C 42.5R and RC 32.5R cements and the concrete blending admixtures.
