对1例MRSA感染合并急性肾损伤进行CRRT患者的药学服务

摘要
目的:为临床救治例MRSA感染合并AKI患者进行CRRT时提供抗感染用药参考。方法:通过分析临床药师参与救治某院呼吸内科一例MRSA感染合并AKI患者提供的药学服务,根据患者的病情变化,临床药师结合药物的理化特性,积极查阅相关文献资料,与临床医师共同协商,制定出最优化的药物治疗方案。结果:通过临床医师及临床药师的共同努力,最终成功救治了该例MRSA感染合并AKI患者。结论:临床药师利用循证药学证据,根据患者的实际情况,通过参与用药方案的设计及调整,对于解决临床上的CRRT时如何开展药学服务方面非常重要。
