摘要

随着复合材料行业的不断发展,人们对产品的质量要求越来越高。手糊成型工艺不受形状尺寸限制,可以适应形状复杂产品的生产,一直被广泛应用。但手糊产品性能不稳定,且质量不易控制;因此,对手糊工艺过程的质量管理就显得尤为重要。从手糊成型的工艺过程出发,对手糊工艺过程中关键质量点设置和控制进行研究,以此稳定手糊成型产品的质量。
With the development of composite material industry,people are increasingly demanding high quality products.Handlay up is not affected by the shape and size restrictions,can adapt to the complex shape of the production of products,has been widely used.But the product performance is not stable,and the quality is not easy to control.Therefore,the quality control of the opponent paste process is particularly important.In this paper,from the process of hand paste molding,the key quality points setting and control in the process of the opponent's paste is studied in order to stabilize the quality of the product.
