单体含量对凝胶注模成型渗硅烧结Si/SiC复相陶瓷性能的影响

摘要
凝胶注模体系中单体含量对成型后素坯和烧结后陶瓷的性能都有十分重要的影响。以炭黑、碳化硅为主要原料,采用凝胶注模成型渗硅烧结的工艺制备Si/SiC复相陶瓷,研究单体含量在浆料配制、干燥成型、渗硅烧结等过程中产生的影响。研究结果表明,适当提高凝胶体系中的单体含量有助于减少干燥收缩,提高素坯及渗硅后陶瓷强度及致密度等;而单体含量过高则会导致浆料粘度增加、材料性能下降。
Monomer content can cause a significant effect on both the green body by gel-casting and the ceramic after sintering.In this study,carbon and SiC are used as raw materials,Si/SiC composite ceramic is fabricated by gel-casting and gas silicon infiltration(GSI),effects of monomer content on slurry preparation,drying-molding and GSI process are studied.Results show that the growth of AM content can reduce drying shrinkage and increase the strength of samples before and after sintering,however,exorbitant AM content can lead to a high viscosity of slurry and the properties of samples degradate.
