摘要
利用生物分子形成有序纳米结构及其生物相容性优势来制备生物基自组装材料,是近期国内外研究热点。我们课题组设计、合成与表征了一系列氨基酸-有机共价化合物~([1-5])。利用扫描探针显微镜技术、光谱技术、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了氨基酸侧基对自组装结构的影响;在此基础上,构筑了溶剂控制、pH响应、酶响应和光响应的超分子生物材料;并探讨了材料在药物缓释方面的应用。
It is a hot topic to prepare ordered biological nanomaterials using biological molecules with biocompatibility advantages. A series of amino acid-organic covalent compounds have been designed, synthesized and characterized. The effects of amino acid side groups on the self-assembly structures have been investigated by scanning probe microscopy, spectral technique, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. On the basis of above molecules, the solvent, p H, enzyme and light responsive biomaterials were constructed. And the application of materials in drug release was also discussed.
