摘要
目的:对比分析干预前后骨科内固定取出术围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况,了解围手术期抗菌药物使用和干预措施的效果,以促进临床科学、合理用药。方法:选取2011年2 12月198例骨科内固定取出术病例作干预前组,选取201 3年2 12月的206例同类手术病例作干预后组,对比分析两组预防性使用抗菌药物情况及其合理性。结果:骨科内固定取出术患者预防用抗菌药物,经临床药师干预后在药物选择、给药时机、用药疗程、联合用药及切换用药方面均较干预前明显规范,抗菌药物的使用率由1 00%降至65.05%;抗菌药物使用的合理率由0%升至57.28%。结论:干预效果显著,但用药的合理性还有提升空间,应继续加强干预和监管,促进抗菌药物规范使用。
Objective To compare and analyse the conclusion of prophylactic use of antibiotics in perioperative period of the orthopedic implant removal surgery before and after intervention,to evaluate the effect of the intervention measures and perioperative antibiotic drug management,so as to promote the development of scientific and rational clinical usage of antibacterial drugs.METHODS 198 cases of the orthopedic implant removal surgery between Feb and Dec in 2011 were selected to be the intervening anterior group,206 cases of the same surgery between Feb and Dec in 2013 to be the posterior group.Comparative analysis of two prophylactic use of antibiotics and their rationality.RESULTS After the interventions by the clinical pharmacists,the preventative application of antibiotics for orthopedic implant removal surgeries was more normative than before in aspects of the medicine selection,timing of administration,drug treatment,drug combination and replacement.The usage rate of antibiotics decreased from 100%to 65.05%.The rationality of antibiotics use rose from0%to57.28%.CONCLUSION The effect of intervention is remarkable,but there are still room to improve the rationality of antibiotics use,we should continue to strengthen the intervention and regulation,so that we can promote the specification to use antimicrobial drugs.
