基于锤击法的隧道衬砌背后空洞检测试验研究

摘要
近年来随着我国隧道事业的大力发展,隧道病害问题愈加凸显。在诸多隧道病害中,衬砌背后空洞是普遍现象。锤击法在桩基完整性检测方面普遍使用,但国内利用锤击法对隧道病害进行动力无损检测的研究几乎空白。本文通过模型试验,在隧道模型背后设置有空洞和无空洞两种工况,利用锤击法对衬砌背后空洞的诊断进行了探索性研究。通过对试验测得加速度信号在时域、频域和时频域分析发现,衬砌背后存在空洞使得振动响应时域波形衰减速度减缓,频谱多次锤击样本离散度较高,时频图能量存在频移现象、低频能量较为集中且衰减较慢。
In recent years,with the vigorous development of tunnel in China,the problem of tunnel disease has become more and more prominent.In tunnel diseases,the cavity behind lining is a common phenomenon.Impact-echo method(IE) is widely used in the integrity testing of bridge pile foundation.However,the domestic research on the dynamic nondestructive testing of tunnel diseases by IE is almost blank.In this paper,model experiment was conducted,including void condition and non-void condition,to research the methods of evaluating the void conditions behind the tunnel lining.By analyzing the measured acceleration signal in time domain,frequency domain and timefrequency domain,voids behind the lining can be evaluated through slower attenuation rate in time domain wave,through higher dispersion degree in frequency spectrum,and through the frequency shift phenomenon in timefrequency diagram,in which the low frequency energy is concentrated and attenuates slower.
