基于ADAMS的多楔带传动系统的固有特性分析

摘要
利用ADAMS计算带传动系统的动态响应时常采用库伦摩擦模型描述轮带之间的摩擦接触作用。然而这种模型用于计算系统的固有频率时将导致大量零频率。对此,本文分析了产生零频的原因,进而选择Dahl摩擦模型代替库伦摩擦模型以反映轮带之间的摩擦作用,据此求解系统的固有特性。对一个三轮带传动系统进行了计算分析,结果显示新的摩擦模型有效避免了零频现象,且非零频数值与文献结果一致,由此验证了所采用摩擦模型和频率计算过程的适用性。
In ADAMS/Belt, the Coulomb model is used to describe the frictional contact between the belt and a pulley so as to establish a dynamic model of a belt drive system for dynamic responses. If this model is directly used for eigenvalue analysis however, a large number of near zero frequencies will be obtained. To circumvent the problem, the Dahl friction model is adopted to replace the Coulomb model after revealing the reason behind zero-frequencies. A typical model belt drive system with three pulleys is used as an example to validate the improvement. It is clearly shown that new friction model effectively avoids the occurrence of near-zero frequency.
