发动机扭振减震器的选择

摘要
随着中国汽车工业的发展,节能减排成为汽车厂商的重要方向,内燃机工作重点需要向能实现更低的排放的方向发展,实现这个发展方向的方法之一就是减少缸数,而减少缸数带来的扭振增加给汽车的舒适性和操纵性提出了更高的要求。本文对各个缸数发动机如何选择合适的扭转减震器进行了分析,先从理论上研究对传动系统产生影响的因素,再对不同缸数发动机配合减震器进行分析,最后提出结论。
Today,under the condition of higher fuel price and the global crisis of economy,people select a small displacement car more and more.But the torsional vibration and noise of the power train of a small displacement car is an universal phenomenon.This thesis research on the selection of torsional vibration damper for engine of different cylinders.It first introduce 2 kinds of torsional vibration damper which are widely used in vehicles,and then find the factors which affect the drive train with theoretical analysis.The thesis raise a new method to the combination of torsional vibration damper and engine.
