膜技术在含铀含氟废水处理中的应用

摘要
针对含铀含氟废水处理传统工艺废液排放量大,且不能循环利用的不足,本着放射性废物管理最小化的原则,本文提出将膜处理新技术引入含铀含氟废水处理工艺中。在吸附处理和消石灰沉淀之间增加膜处理技术,吸附回收铀后废水首先经超滤和纳滤处理进一步提高铀的回收率,再通过两级反渗透将氟离子拦截于浓水侧,送消石灰沉淀形成氟化钙渣。与传统的含铀含氟废水处理工艺相比,膜处理技术的引入降低了废水排放量,提高了铀的回收率,形成氟化钙渣可达豁免水平,同时将含铀含氟废水净化为淡水循环利用,节约资源。
In this paper for the exsiting uranium fluorine waste water treatment process discharges murch more radioaction waste liquid,which is not possible to be recycleal enough for utilization,a membrane technologe is put forword to be useal in the uranium fluorine waste water treatment process in line with the minization principle of radioatine waste control.The membrance technologe adopted between adsorption and hydrated lime precipitation process,firstly makes the waste water after recovering uranium by adsorption be handled by ultrafiltration and nanofiltration process which improve the recovery rate of uranium further;then is treated by a two stage reverse osmosis process which makes fluorion ion be intercepted in underflow side,and again feed into hydrated lime precipition process which enable the calcium fluriode emerge thoroughly to be purified into immune fresh water to pollutent for cyclic utilization.To compare to exsiting uranium fluoride waste water treatment technology,the membrane technology is adopted to be able to reduce the waste water discharge,and to improve the recovery rate of uranium,and also to be able to enable the uranium fluoride waste water be purified into fresh water for cyclic utilization therefore resources is saved.
