摘要
随时间的推移,许多铀矿山面临资源枯竭,核电厂、反应堆达到设计寿命,核设施退役迎来巨大市场前景;工程咨询在核设施退役中的应用可以提高退役工程质量,提高资金使用效益,合理解决业主与承包方之间分歧与纠纷,但我国工程咨询单位参与我国核设施退役建设仍面临诸多困难。
As time goes on,the resource of many uranium mines has been running out,the nuclear power plants and reactors are getting to their lifetime of service,due to which the nuclear facility decommissioning greets a huge market prospect,the application of engineering consultation in nuclear facility decommissioning can improve the project's quality,and can improve the efficiency of using money,and can resolve differences and disputes between owner and contractor,however the engineering consulting firms still have a lot of difficulties,while involved in the decommission business in china.
