摘要
放射性废物管理是关乎人类长久发展的重要问题,放射性废物的长期安全处置可使废物与生物圈长期隔离而不对人类构成威胁。目前,德国已有大量废物安全存放在临时贮存设施中,而且还会增加更多的废物。放射性废物必须最终处置在处置库内。德国政府已建造了这样的永久处置设施。本文将主要介绍德国的核电发展历程、放射性废物总量和相关废物管理设施以及德国面临的机遇和挑战。
The management of radioactive waste is an important issue.The final disposal of radioactive waste safely for a long time would isolate the waste from biosphere without causing any harm to humans or to the environment.A large quantity of the waste is already present today in Germany and is being stored safely aboveground at interim storage facilities.More waste will be added.The radioactive waste has to be disposed of in a repository.The Federal Government has constructed such permanent disposal facilities.This paper will mainly illustrate the development of Germany nuclear power,the amount of radioactive waste,the disposal facilities and the opportunities and challenges faced with the Federal Government.
