综合交通运行监测大数据共享与协同应用技术研究

摘要
随着互联网+、大数据、云计算、移动互联和人工智能等新技术的发展及应用,我国各大中城市交通行业主管部门加快交通运输信息化的建设,积累并汇聚了海量的综合交通大数据资源,如何打破行业部门间信息壁垒,实现数据资源交换共享、如何应用大数据分析技术辅助交通管理决策成为交通行业主管部门面临的紧要问题。本文依托北京市交通运行监测调度中心(TOCC)"综合交通运行监测数据分析与决策支持平台"的项目成果,研究了搭建综合交通大数据共享应用环境的关键技术,结合实际业务需求,应用综合交通大数据进行数据挖掘、关联分析和协同应用案例研究,为国内同类城市开展综合交通大数据中心建设、数据共享开放应用及大数据辅助决策分析开启了探索之路。
With the development and application of new technologies including internet plus,big data,cloud computing,mobile Internet and artificial intelligence,the transportation departments in the large and medium size cities of China are proceeding to speed up the informationization construction of transportation industry,and have already accumulated and gathered huge amounts of comprehensive traffic data.At present the situations of how to break the isolated islands of information among the industry department for achieving to share the data and how to use the big data analysis technologies to assist the traffic management and decision-making have become urgent problems faced by the traffic departments which are in charge of the industry.So,in this article,the based models and key technologies for constructing the sharing and application environment of the comprehensive traffic big data are studied based on the program achievements of the "Analysis and Decision Supporting Platform for the Monitoring Big-data of Integrated Traffic Operation" which is operated by Beijing Municipal Transportation Operations Coordination Center(TOCC).With combining the actual demand of TOCC,the data mining,correlation analysis and collaborative application case study are carried out by using of the comprehensive traffic data.It has opened a way for the exploration of data sharing and opening applications,data traffic in the application of decision support,as well as the construction of comprehensive traffic data center in the similar cities of China.
