摘要
跨域信息共享是世界各国国家信息化建设面临的重难点问题。美国政府提出和建设的国家信息交换模型,已在美国各级政府、军队,以及欧盟国家中得到了广泛的应用。本文首先介绍了国家信息交换模型的产生背景、组成和作用,然后阐述了其基本工作原理,最后分析了国家信息交换模型的主要特点。国家信息交换模型的分析研究,我国政府数据共享交换平台建设具有一定的参考价值。
Cross-domains information exchange and sharing is the key difficulty to all counties during its information development process. The method of solving this problem by using National Information Exchange Model(NIEM) proposed and developed by United State Government has been adopted by all its branches, U.S army, and most members of EU. After the background, components, and functions of NIEM are explained, the fundamental operation principle is analyzed, and the main features of NIEM are listed by analyzing in the end. Research of NIEM has a certain reference value to our government to build data exchange platform.
