巨型滑坡及其演化机理与防治对策研究

摘要
滑坡是山区常见的自然灾害,滑坡形成的相对较缓的地形却是山区铁路、公路、城镇建设难以割舍的场址,而对于规模巨大的滑坡,因存在治理难度大、工程规模大、方案决策困难等问题,已成为山区建设急需研究解决的难题。中铁二院联合成都理工大学开展了"西南地区巨型滑坡形成演化机制及防治对策研究",在已有研究成果的基础上,对巨(大)型滑坡分类、演化机理、风险识别与评估、防治对策与整合治理技术等进行了系统的研究,提出了基于滑坡形成机制及工程对策的巨型滑坡定义分类;总结了11种巨型滑坡地质—力学模武及其演化机理与特征;提出了巨型滑坡风险分析的双指标体系,建立了基于双指标体系的巨型滑坡风险分析与评估方法;总结提出了"机制分析为本""风险评估超前""分级分区治理""排水优先"的巨(大)型滑坡治理设计四大原则;提出了巨(大)型滑坡滑面(体)锚固与排水的综合治理技术方案。
Landslide is a common natural disaster in the mountain area.The gentle slope topography is a good site for building the mountain railway,highway and towns.The huge landslide becomes a problem to be solved urgently in the construction of mountainous area because it makes the engineering large-scaled,difficult to control and make scheme decision.Teamed up with Chengdu University of Technology,CREEC studied on the formation evolution mechanism and the control measures of huge landslide in Southwest China.Based on the existing study results,a systemic study has been made on classification,evolution mechanism,risk identification and assessment,control measures and integrated treatment technology of the huge(large)landslide.In the study,the definition and classification of the huge landslide have been put forward according to the formation mechanism and control measures;the geomechanics models,evolution mechanisms and characteristics of 11 kinds of huge landslides have been summarized.In this paper,the dual-index system has been proposed for the risk analysis of the huge landslide and a risk analysis and assessment method has been put forward for the huge landslide based on the dual-index system.Four principles of "mechanism analysis cost" "risk assessment advance" "drainage first" and "hierarchical treatment" for huge(large)landslide have been summarized;also a technical proposal for comprehensive treatment has been put forward for the anchor and drainage of huge(large)landslide surface(body).
