摘要
海底隧道的安全使用寿命很大程度取决于主体结构的防渗技术及其施工质量。香港沙田—中环连线过海隧道的设计使用寿命为120年,为确保隧道的使用安全性,主体结构的防渗安全尤其重要。通过对此段沉管式隧道管节预制阶段和沉放对接后主体结构的防渗施工技术为背景,研究出针对结构表层(external surface)、施工缝(construction joint)、管节接缝(immersionjoint)及结构钢筋防锈阴极保护系统(cathodicprotection system)的一系列施工技术。
The safe use life of Cross-harbour Tunnel depends on the seepage proofing technology and construction quality of the main structure.Hong Kong ShaTin-Central connection with the design life of 120 years,for the safety of the tunnel,the seepage-proofing technology of the main structure of the tunnel is especially significant.The prefabrication construction and seepage-proofing technology for the immersed and jointed main structure were taken as the object of the research,a series of construction technology regarding external surface,construction joint,immersion joint and cathodic protection system were developed.
