PEPS系统钥匙定位功能的实现与标定

摘要
本文分析了钥匙低频定位的原理及影响车内低频磁场分布的主要因素。根据智能进入和智能起动(PEPS,Passive Entry and Passive Start)系统的工作原理给出了低频天线、PEPS控制器的布置方案。利用低频信号强度识别钥匙位置,并通过标定的方法准确划分智能进入区域和智能起动区域。本文给出了标定的过程和车内低频磁场的测量方法。并提出了一种选择边界条件的方法和如何利用该边界条件划分智能进入和智能起动区域。通过实车测试验证采用该方法划分的智能进入和智能起动区域与真实的车内、车外区域非常接近。文章最后提出了改进的方向。
this paper analyzes the key principle of low frequency localization and the main factors influencing the low frequency magnetic field distribution inside the car.According to the working principle of PEPS system,the layout of low frequency antenna and PEPS controller is given.Using low frequency signal strength to identify the key position,and the area of Passive Entry and Passive Start is accurately divided by the method of calibration.This paper gives the calibration process and the measurement of low frequency magnetic field inside the car.And put forward a selection method of boundary condition and how to divided the area of passive entry and passive start using the boundary conditions.Area Divided by the method is very close to the real inside area and outside area.It is validated by real vehicle test.The article finally proposed the improvement direction.
