下拉速度对A356铝合金组织和性能的影响

摘要
本文通过金相组织分析和硬度测试,研究了下拉速度对A356铝合金的微观结构与力学性能的影响。研究发现:定向凝固后,初生树枝晶沿着固定的取向呈现择优生长。随着下拉速度的增加,初生树枝晶与二次树枝晶的枝晶间距均减小,枝晶排列整齐。并且在枝晶细化的同时,A356铝合金的硬度值由53.4HV增加到70.5HV,增加了37%。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 alloy are analyzed by the optical microscope and the hardess.It is found that:after directional solidification After solidification,with increasing growth rales,the distribution of primary phase along with the fixed direction,show preferential growth direction.Arm Spacing of primary dendrite and the secondary dendrite decreases,the dendrite in order arrangement.Increase with the growth rate,the hardness of A356 aluminum alloy is from 53.4HV to 70.5HV,rise 37%.
