热处理工艺对耐候钢奥氏体转变的影响

摘要
本文通过保温时间、温度对含铌耐候钢的研究,对试样进行不同的热处理,并统计出马氏体的大小,分析不同参数对组织类别、原奥氏体晶粒大小的影响。通过试样的硬度和组织分析来说明不同的热处理工艺对试样强韧度的影响,最终选择合适的条件。结果表明,原奥氏体晶粒的尺寸会随着保温时间的延长而变大。另外,铌元素对于耐候钢中的强化析出也有一定影响,保温时间的延长会使得它的作用得到强化,控制相变出的组织的体积和尺寸有利于改善钢的强硬度。
By studying the influence of holding time and temperature on the Nb-tearing weathering steel,and get the the statistics of the size of the martensite after different heat treatment on the samples,and find out the influence of different parameters on austenite transformation,prior austenite grain size.Analyze the influence of different heat treatment process on the samples" toughness by comparing hardness and microstructure of the samples and dicide the optimum heat condition.The results show that the size of the prior austenite grain becomes larger with the prolonging of the holding time.In addition,the Nb element has a some extent impact on the strengthening of the weathering steel,and heat preservation time will be extended to its role to be hardened.Control the size and volume of the martensite in the transformation processes contributes to improving the hardness of steel.
