摘要

以甜绿籽石榴品种为试验材料,研究环剥技术对石榴树体的内源激素、枝条生长量、果实质量和完全花比例的变化及影响,探讨石榴不同生长时期枝条同化产物的分配变化规律,以期为提高云南省石榴完全花的比例和坐果率奠定基础。结果表明:甜绿籽3年生、6年生和10年生不同枝龄,在7月(花芽分化期)ABA和I从表现为环剥枝条高于对照枝条,而GA_3和KT则为环剥枝条低于对照枝条。环剥处理后完全花数量多于对照枝条。
In order to improve the ratio of complete flower and fruit setting in Punica granatum L.in Yunnan,this study takes the pomegranate varieties tianlvzhi as materials to research the effects of girdling on endogenous hormones,branch growth,fruit quality and the rate of complete flower.Therefore to improve endogenous hormone balance and distribution of branch assimilation production.The mainly result as fellow:the ABA,IAA content in tainlvzi of three,six and ten years old after girdling of branches in July(the flower bud differentiation stages) were higher than those controlled,but the GA_3 and KT content were the opposite.Different girdling parts of tianlvzi in the same region,the ABA,IAA,GA_3 content of girdling branches were lower than controlled one.After girdling,the total number of complete flower in girdled branches was more than the control branches.
