纤维缠绕复合气瓶内胆测厚方法研究及仪器研制

摘要
超声波测厚仪具有精度高、体积小、便于携带、又无需破坏材料本体的特点,在检验检测中得到广泛应用。但对于外层为玻璃纤维缠绕的复合材料内胆的厚度测量,由于纤维层内部不均匀、致密度低、传统的超声波穿透能力差的原因,至今无法实现。本文研究了超声波在上述材料中的传播特性,通过硬件及软件的科学设计,开发出了能够在不破坏复合材料本体,直接在玻璃纤维缠绕层上精准测出内胆厚度的超声波测厚仪,攻克了这一难题,具有实用和推广价值。
Ultrasonic thickness instrument with high accuracy, small size, easy to carry, and without breaking the characteristics of the material body, and has been widely used in the inspection. But for the outer layer of glass fiber wound composite liner thickness measurement, since the inside of the fiber layer is uneven, the low density, traditional ultrasound through poor reasons, can not be achieved so far. This paper studies the ultrasonic propagation characteristics in these materials, through the scientific design of hardware and software can be developed without damaging the composite body, a precision liner thickness measured directly on the glass fiber winding layers of ultrasonic thickness gauge, overcome this problem, a practical and promotional value
