摘要

上海公共文化外交是伴随上海国际化大都市战略展开的,其现实适应性表现为:用上海城市文化的内生性打造海派文化的城市精神,用文化无国界打开上海公共文化外交的想象空间,用可持续的文化沟通保障上海公共文化外交的顺利发展,用多层次文化交流构建上海公共文化外交的坚实平台,形成具有上海城市特色的公共文化外交格局。有必要从抓好上海公共文化外交的机制建设、充实上海公共文化外交的内容、加强国际多边文化交往和突出重点等方面,构建上海城市公共文化外交发展路径,更好地提升上海国际化大都市的影响力。
Shanghai's cultural public diplomacy has been launched along with its strategy of building the city into an international metropolis. In practice, it seeks to create a city spirit with Shanghai characteristics based on the endogenous nature of city culture, opens the imaginative space for the city's cultural public diplomacy through borderless cultural activities. Sustainable cultural exchanges guarantee its smooth development, and multi-level cultural exchanges help build a solid platform, forming a pattern of cultural public diplomacy with Shanghai features. It is necessary to promote further development of the mechanism building, enrich the content, strengthen international cultural exchanges and attach importance to key issues to better broaden the development path of Shanghai's cultural public diplomacy and further improve Shanghai's image as an international metropolis.
