摘要
随着中国铁路建设的不断发展和国民经济的上升,旅客对出行服务的质量、体验及智能化等多方面的需求不断提高。在当今互联网与大数据时代,交通、金融、零售、通信、传媒等行业都通过建设智能化的服务系统,提升客户体验,维护客户关系,进一步扩大市场。本文通过对旅客出行的全行程服务产品、铁路信息服务系统的智能化建设两方面进行研究,设计了全行程、立体化、多元化、个性化的铁路旅客智慧出行方案。
With the continuous development of China railway construction and the improvement of the national economy,the needs of intelligence service and being respected in the course of the journey have been improved continuously.In the current age of the Internet and big data,industries like transportation,finance,retail,communication and media are aware of the importance of strengthening the construction of intelligent service system so as to further improve the customer experience,maintain the customer relationship and expand market share.This article will expound how to realize the smart service of railway passenger full travel from two aspects:the whole trip,three-dimensional,diversified,personalized travel service product planning and study on the smart information system-supported platform of railway passenger full travel.
