探讨血必净联合西医常规治疗ICU缺血性脑卒中伴重症肺炎的临床疗效

摘要

目的:分析ICU缺血性脑卒中伴重症肺炎病症的治疗中,应用血必净联合西医常规治疗的效果。方法:选取我院于2015年2月~2016年2月期间所收治的缺血性脑卒中合并重症肺炎患者共70例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成研究组(n=35)和参照组(n=35)。两组患者均行常规西医治疗,其中包括体温的控制、吸氧疗法以及抗生素应用等,在此基础上研究组患者加入血必净药物治疗。对两组患者的hs-CRP、WBC变化以及总有效率进行比较分析。结果:治疗后,研究组的各项指标优于参照组患者,对比呈现为P<0.05的差异性。结论:将血必净联合西医常规疗法应用于ICU缺血性脑卒中伴重症肺炎病症的治疗中,具有十分显著的效果,其能够有效对患者的神经功能损伤水平进行改善,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。
Objective:to analyze the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy with severe pneumonia symptoms of the ICU,the application of blood will be net with conventional western medicine therapy effect.Selection Methods:our hospital in February 2015 to February 2016 during ischemic cerebral apoplexy treated by combined total of 70 patients with severe pneumonia,takes the form of computer table method,its average divided into research group(n=35) and control group(n=35).Two groups of patients undergoing routine western medicine treatment,including the control of temperature,oxygen therapy and antibiotics application,etc.,on the basis of the research team join in patients with blood will net drug therapy.On two groups of patients with hs CRP,WBC change and total effective rate for comparative analysis.Results:after treatment,the team of each index is better than the control group patients,compared to P<0.05.Conclusion:blood will net combined conventional western medicine therapy applied in ICU of ischemic cerebral apoplexy with the treatment of severe pneumonia symptoms,has very significant effect,it can effectively to improve the patient's level of neural function damage,it plays an important role in clinical research.
