摘要
阐明发展绿色经济的必要性,指出绿色经济是生产标准化和营销准入化的革命,同时也是产业化经营的革命,经济的发展同时要求我们改善国运民生,改造社会,因此扶贫工作与经济发展,密不可分。"天下顺治在民富,天下和静在民乐",消除贫困、改善民生、逐步实现共同富裕,是社会主义的本质要求,是中国共产党的重要使命。当前精准扶贫工作的目标、现状如何,应以怎样的策略推动扶贫工作,以期构建精准扶贫机制。
to clarify the necessity of developing green economy,points out that the green economy is access the revolution of standardization of production and marketing,is also the revolution of industrialization,the development of economy at the same time for us to improve national people's livelihood,reforming society,thus,poverty alleviation and economic development are inseparable.\ "World shunzhi,rich people in the world and still in the folk music\",eradicate poverty and improve people's livelihood,and gradually achieve common prosperity,is the essential requirement of socialism,is the important mission of the communist party of China.Current precision poverty alleviation work target,current situation,should with what kind of strategy to promote poverty alleviation work,in order to build a precise mechanism for poverty alleviation.
