伺服系统模拟装置研究

摘要
针对航空发动机控制系统伺服回路测试中,试验成本高、设备复杂、试验过程费时费力等缺点,提出一种基于传递函数的电液伺服模拟电路设计方法。基于电液伺服回路模型,设计二阶低通滤波器和积分器电路替代试验环境中的电液伺服阀和作动筒,设计乘法器替代LVDT传感器。对其进行仿真和与伺服控制板联合调试。试验表明,通过该方法设计的伺服模拟板卡动静态特性与仿真结果一致,能够替代传统伺服试验环境进行伺服系统的回路试验验证。
In order to overcome the weaknesses of high cost,complex equipment and time-consuming effort in the electric-hydraulic servo loop test of the control system of aero-engine,a circuit design method based on transfer functions is proposed.Based on the designed model of electric-hydraulic servo loop,second-order lowpass filter and an integrator are designed to simulate the electric-hydraulic servo valve and the actuator,and a multiplier is designed to simulate the LVDT sensor.The combined test with the servo controlling board results show that the dynamic and static characteristics of the model board are consistent with the simulating result.And it can be used as the traditional servo testing environment to exam the electric-hydraulic servo system.
