摘要
人口增长是新世界人类面临的三大挑战之一,也是我国的基本国情。而人口的持续增长也在不断提高对粮食产量的需求,而农药在确保粮食安全方面发挥着不可替代的作用,是关系国家经济社会发展的重要战略物质。但近年来植物病原菌对我国农业生产的危害极为严重,呈现出逐年增加的趋势,严重制约着粮食产量的提高。化学杀菌剂是目前防控植物病害最经济有效的手段,线粒体呼吸链复合物则是当前最具发展前景的农用杀菌剂靶标之一,因此对线粒体呼吸链复合物的结构和作用机理进行研究就显得尤为重要。线粒体呼吸链由复合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ以及电子传递载体泛醌和细胞色素c组成,共同完成生物氧化和氧化磷酸化过程,并产生ATP。复合物Ⅱ与复合物Ⅲ都是杀菌剂的重要靶标,研究线粒体呼吸链复合物的结构与作用机理,可为新型杀菌剂的发现与创制提供理论指导。
Population growth is one of three big challenges humanity faced in the new world.Pesticides play an irreplaceable role in ensuring food security,but in recent years,plant pathogens severely restricts the improvement of food production.Chemical fungicide is now the most economic and effective prevention and control of plant diseases,and mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes is currently one of the most potential agricultural fungicide targets.Mitochondrial respiratory chain is consists of complexes Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and electron transport carrier ubiquinone and cytochrome c,with biological oxidation and oxidative phosphorylation process,and produces ATP.Complexes Ⅱand Ⅲ are important target of fungicide,research on structure and mechanism of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes can provide theoretical guidance for the discovery of novel fungicide and initiative.
