以煤矸石为原料制备多级孔沸石分子筛ZSM-5

摘要
沸石分子筛ZSM-5具有高水热稳定性、高比表面积及独特的空间孔道结构等特点,可作为理想的催化剂或催化载体。本文以储量丰富的煤矸石为原料制备多级孔沸石分子筛ZSM-5。煤矸石经过焙烧活化、酸浸及碱溶处理后,得到硅铝源;向其加入表面活性剂TPABr,水热反应并焙烧后即得沸石分子筛ZSM-5;之后用不同浓度的碱处理后得到多级孔沸石分子筛ZSM-5。通过X-射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附测试、红外以及扫描电镜等检测手段对所制备样品进行表征,结果表明所合成的ZSM-5其比表面积为330.67 m~2/g,用碱处理后所得多级孔ZSM-5的比表面为452.32 m~2/g,孔径集中分布在3-5 nm和9-11 nm。
ZSM-5 zeolite can be used as an ideal kind of catalysts or catalytic carriers due to its characteristics of high hydrothermal stability,high specific surface area and the unique space channel structure.In this paper,the abundant coal gangue was used as raw material to synthesize hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite.The silicon and aluminium sources were obtained through many treatments on coal gangue,including calcination,acid and alkaline dissolution,then adding to the surfactant TPABr.Then ZSM-5 was obtained after hydrothermal reaction and calcinations.It was obtained through soaking with different concentration of NaOH.The hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite were well characterized by X-ray diffraction,N_2 adsorption-desorption,Infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,etc.The results demonstrated that ZSM-5 has a specific surface area of 330.67 m~2/g and the hierarchical ZSM-5 has a specific surface area 452.32 m~2/g and the maximum pore diameter of as well as 3-5 nm and 9-11 nm.
