环形天线结构的振动主动控制研究

摘要
环形天线结构是一个大型、柔性、低阻尼、低模态频率的空间结构,传统的被动振动控制方法难于得到良好的控制效果,因此必须采用相应的振动主动控制方法。由于压电堆等智能作动器的不但输出位移小且不便于桁架结构的展开,因此本文提出了一种主动控制新方式,采用音圈电机作为作动器,并通过凯夫拉纤维与天线结构连接。该种作动方式具有输出位移较大、响应速度快、输出力大、安装方便的优点。根据有限元理论建立了基于音圈电机的环形天线结构的振动控制系统模型,同时选择了PD控制和模糊控制算法完成了天线结构的振动主动控制性能分析。研究结果表明,采用音圈电机-凯夫拉纤维作动器可以有效抑制天线的第一阶模态振动响应。
Loop antenna structure is a large,flexible,low damping,low modal frequency truss structure,it cannot get good control effect by the traditional method of passive vibration control. Therefore,we must adopt the corresponding active vibration control method. And the output displacement of piezoelectric stack actuator is not only small and it's not easy to expand truss structure. Therefore,So this article puts forward a new way of active control,we chose voice coil motor as the actuator,and connected to the antenna structure by kevlar fiber. This kind of actuation mode have the advantages of large output displacement,fast response,big output power and convenient installation. We established the vibration control system of loop antenna structure based on voice coil motor according to finite element theory and complete the performance analysis of the active vibration control of loop antenna structure with PD and fuzzy control algorithm. The results showed that the voice coil motor-kevlar fiber actuator can restrain the first modal vibration response of the antenna effectively.
