废气涡轮增压器涡轮叶片失谐和高频振动

摘要
由于涡轮增压能大大提高发动机的动力性、经济性和洁净性,现已成为内燃机节能减排的关键技术之一,正在被大力推广应用。另一方面,增压器的高速、高温和高振动的工作状态和环境,不但使增压器成为发动机和车辆噪声的重要来源,而且严重威胁其可靠性。如何在提高增压器性能的同时又使其噪声小和可靠性高,是一个很复杂的课题。本文对增压器涡轮叶片失谐、高频振动和疲劳问题的研究现状进行介绍。
Turbochargers are being widely applied on IC engines due to their ability to increase engine power,reduce fuel consumption and improve emission.However,the very high speed,gas temperature and vibration,not only make the turbocharger one of the main noise sources,but also impose serious threats to its reliability.How to design and produce turbochargers of high performance, low noise and long life is a complicated topic.This article gives a review on research into turbine wheel blade mistuning,high frequency vibration and high cycle fatigue.
