一种基于阶跃阻抗结构的新型微带幅度均衡器

摘要
本文针对微波电路小型化的应用背景,提出了一种基于阶跃阻抗结构的新型微带幅度均衡器。本文首先分析了阶跃阻抗结构的阻抗特性,进而提出了一种基于其结构的微带幅度均衡器,在不改变电路性能时减小了整体电路尺寸。另外改变阶跃阻抗结构参数可以控制电路的寄生响应频率进而进行抑制。仿真和实测的对比数据表明,该新型微带幅度均衡器减小了电路尺寸,同时对寄生响应有很好的抑制作用。
In this paper, a novel microstrip amplitude equalizer with stepped impedance structure is presented for miniaturized microwave circuits. First the impedance characteristic of the stepped impedance structure is analyzed. And a microstripe amplitude equalizer with stepped impedance structure is proposed. Another advantage of this structure is the spurious response is suppressed. The simulation and measurement results show that this new amplitude equalizer has a small dimension and still a good performance. It also suppresses its spurious response.
