摘要
目的:分析海岛地区新生儿NCPAP鼻损伤的发生情况及其发生的主要因素,并探讨降低新生儿NCPAP鼻损伤发生率的有效措施。方法:对我院NICU 2015年11月1日至2016年10月31日期间予持续NCPAP辅助通气的108例新生儿行常规护理并观察、分析NCPAP致鼻损伤的发生率及其发生的主要因素。结果:我院NICU 2015年11月1日至2016年10月31日予持续NCPAP辅助通气治疗的101例新生儿中出现不同程度的鼻损伤23例,其中鼻部潮红17例,鼻周红肿3例,鼻部皮肤瘀黑破溃1例,鼻中隔弯曲变形2例,新生儿NCPAP鼻损伤发生率高达22.77%。结论:海岛地区由于其特殊的地理位置,有其技术及设施的局限性,新生儿NCPAP鼻损伤时有发生,其主要因素在于头帽固定的不牢固及由于人手缺乏所致的巡视不及时,我们需要制定更加完善系统的综合护理干预措施降低新生儿NCPAP鼻损伤的发生率,提高患儿家属对海岛地区NICU护理服务治疗的满意度。
Objective:to analyze the incidence and the main factors of neonatal NCPAP nasal injury in the island area,and to explore the effective measures to reduce the incidence of NCPAP nasal injury in neonates.Methods:the incidence rate and main factors of NCPAP induced nasal injury were observed and analyzed in 108 neonates with continuous NCPAP assisted ventilation in our hospital from 2015 November 1 to 31 days from to October,2016.Results:NICU in our hospital from 2015 November 1 to October 31,2016 to 23 cases of nasal injury sustained NCPAP assisted ventilation in the treatment of 101 cases of newborns,including 17 cases of nasal flush,3 cases of nasal swelling,1 cases of nasal skin bruised ulceration,nasal septum deformation in 2 cases,NCPAP high incidence of nose injury of newborn 22.11%.Conclusion:the island area due to its special geographical location,the limitation of the technology and facilities,neonatal NCPAP nasal injury has occurred,the main factor is the head cap fixed firmly and due to the lack of hands caused by the inspection is not timely,we need to develop a more complete and comprehensive nursing intervention system to reduce neonatal nasal NCPAP the incidence rate of the injury,improve the families of children with NICU treatment nursing service satisfaction in island area.
