摘要
很多建筑物,就其各专业本身,如建筑的外形、使用功能、结构型式、安全合理性等,不论在设计,还是在施工方面的质量,都能得到很好的控制和保证。但各专业工程施工中的交叉配合与协调工作,经常处理得不尽人意。到了工程施工的后期,由于这些问题,往往出现返工,造成工程投资的极大浪费,影响工期,有的还会影响到建筑物的使用功能,严重的甚至带来质量问题和安全隐患。可见,工程施工中各专业的协调管理工作不仅很重要,同时也很必要。本文结合工作实践主要对建筑施工中的协调管理控制与管理措施进行简要探讨,以期为业内人士有所裨益。
Many buildings,on their own professional,such as the shape of the building,the use of functional,structural type,safety and rationality,whether in the design,or in the construction of the quality,can get a good control and assurance.But the professional construction of the cross with the coordination of work,often handled unsatisfactory.To the late construction of the project,due to these problems,often rework,resulting in a great waste of investment projects,affecting the duration,and some will affect the use of the building function,serious and even bring quality problems and security risks.It can be seen that the coordination of management in the construction of the professional work is not only very important,but also very necessary.This paper mainly discusses the coordination and management control and management measures in the construction of the construction work,with a view to the benefit of the industry.
