摘要
目的:总结分析护理干预在限制会阴侧切中的临床应用价值。方法:本次研究中随机性的抽取我院2015年6月—2016年2月期间接收的98例初产妇,随机分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例),观察组在产妇分娩前采用护理干预方法,对照组在产妇分娩前采用常规护理方法,比较患者的治疗效果以及相关指标进行比较分析。结果:在会阴侧切率以及护理满意度方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在产妇分娩过程中采用护理干预方法,能够有效地降低会阴侧切率,促进临床护理服务质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the nursing intervention in the clinical application value of restricted perineum lateral episiotomy.Methods:The study of randomness extraction in our hospital in 2015 June-February 2016 during reception of 98 cases of primipara were randomly divided into into the observation group(49 cases) and control group(49 cases),observation group in the delivery of the nursing intervention,the control group using routine nursing care in childbirth,compare patient outcomes and related indicators were compared.Results:In perineal side to cut rate and satisfaction with nursing care,observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:In the process of delivery of maternal nursing intervention methods,can effectively reduce the rate of perineal side cut,promote the quality of clinical care services,it is worth clinical application.
