梧桐树大厦多段悬挑结构模板支撑体系设计与施工

摘要
为解决珠海横琴梧桐树大厦多段超大悬挑结构的模板支撑体系施工难题,提出了采用多级高空吊拉型钢平台+扣件式钢管支模架的总体施工方法。高空吊拉型钢平台作为主承力的核心部件,需根据各悬挑段支模长度要求、施工期间荷载取值以及支模体系承载力与刚度控制要求,确定出合理的构件尺寸和斜拉预应力吊索索力。此外,为满足该结构悬挑吊挂结构体系的受力要求、降低型钢平台施工期间设计荷载取值,在施工方案制定时,提出了悬挑区段结构的两阶段施工方法。工程实践结果表明,本文昕提出的施工方法确保了梧桐树大厦多段超大悬挑结构工程的精益建造。
In order to solve the construction problem of multi-segment cantilever structure of the Wutong Tree building in Hengqin city,the method of using multilayer steel platform to support construction load is put forward.As the core component of formwork support system,the reasonable component size and prestressed cable forces are determined according to the cantilevered length,the construction load and the stiffness requirements of the support system.In addition,in order to meet the requirements of the cantilevered suspension structure system,and reduce the design construction load,the twostage construction method of cantilever section structure is proposed.The results of engineering practice show that the construction method proposed in this paper ensures the lean construction of the multi-segment cantilever structure.
