清香型烟叶感官品质风格特征及主要化学成分分析

摘要
为进一步利用好清香型烟叶特征特性,找出不同清香型烟叶感官品质风格特征及化学成分差异性,对贵州中烟清香型产区烟叶的风格特征、品质特征和主要化学成分进行评价和分析。结果表明:1)在风格特征上,清香型烟叶共同具有清甜香、青香、正甜香、木香和辛香香韵,在焦甜香、焦香、果香香韵和主体香韵构成及突出香韵的表现程度上有差异;2)在品质特征上,清香型烟叶感官品质较好,但不同清香型烟叶在杂气类型和烟气透发性上有细微差异;3)清香型产区的烟叶主要化学成分含量较适宜,比例较协调,但不同产区间有较明显的差异,从主要化学成分含量特征看,福建三明和贵州天柱属中糖中碱高钾,云南楚雄、云南保山和四川凉山属中糖中碱中钾。
In order to make further use of the characteristic of fen-flavour style tobacco, to find out the Differences of the sensory quality and the style characteristic and the chemical components of fen-flavour style tobacco, The style characteristic and the Quality and the main chemical components of fen-flavour style tobacco leaves with China Tobacco Guizhou Industrial Co.,Ltd., material region was analyzed, The results showed that:1)Fresh-sweetness, green, pure-sweetness, woody and spicy scents were the shared aroma note of fen-flavour style tobacco, There were differences in burnt-sweet, burnt, fruity scents, the main aroma composition and the prominent aroma. 2)In the quality Characteristic, Smoking Quality of fen-flavour style tobacco was better, but there were the subtle difference among the type of offensive odor and the volatility of aroma. 3) the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves with material region was more suitable, and their proportions were harmonious, but It was differences for the main chemical components of the different material region tobacco. Form the main chemical components characteristic of flue-cured tobacco leaves, the Tobacco Leaves in Yongan City of Fujian Province and Tianzhu city of Guizhou Province were middle sugar, middle nicotine, high potassium. the Tobacco Leaves in Chuxiong and Baoshan City of Yunnan Province and Liangshan City of Sichuan Province were middle sugar, middle nicotine, middle potassium.
