航空发动机数据记录软件文件系统设计

摘要
航空发动机运行过程中需要对众多数据进行实时记录。这些数据对于发动机状态监控、健康管理和故障分析有着极其重要的作用,必须保证数据的准确和完整记录。本文设计了一种专门针对航空发动机实时数据记录的文件系统.具有资源需求少、支持容量大、加载迅速、高实时性、高安全性等特点。完全满足目前航空发动机实时数据存储的要求.并已经在多个国内重点型号中使用,取得了良好的效果。
numerous data must be recorded in real-time during the aero-engine running.These data play a very important role in engine state monitoring,health management and fault analysis.It is necessary to guarantee these data are recorded accurately and completely.This paper designs a file system of aero-engine real-time data recording.Less resourse demand,large capacity support,quick loading,high real-time and high security are its distinguishing features.It fully meets the requirement of aeroengine real-time data recording.It has also been used in many key domestic airplane and has yielded a great numbei of positive results.
