力反馈数据手套在核能虚拟仿真中的应用研究

摘要
虚拟培训在核能领域的应用为提高核电站维修人员的操作技能提供了一种新的解决方案。在虚拟培训中,力反馈数据手套的应用允许维修人员用手逼真操作虚拟物体,有利于提高培训效果。本文基于力反馈数据手套研究实现了虚拟手建模与控制以及基于虚拟手交互过程中的碰撞检测方法。以液态铅冷却反应堆散列靶更换仿真为例,利用建立的基于力反馈数据手套的虚拟手模型实现了虚拟反应堆厂房内部漫游控制和散裂靶更换交互操作仿真。实验结果表明了虚拟手模型和碰撞检测算法的有效性和实用性。
Application of virtual training in the field of nuclear power provides a new solution to improve the operation skills of workers. Application of data glove allows workers to operate virtual objects by hand in the virtual environment to enhance the training effect. Modeling and control of virtual hand, collision detection between virtual hand and virtual objects based on force feedback data glove were studied. And this method has been used to achieve the virtual roaming and replacement simulation of the target for liquid lead cooled reactor. The experimental results show the effectiveness and practicability of the virtual model.
