汽车空调离心风机的声场数值分析与降噪研究

摘要
介绍了汽车空调离心风机的噪声产生机理与特性。为降低风机气动噪声峰值,对叶片沿叶轮的周向分布采取了变间距优化设计。在计算流体动力学软件中建立了风机内部流场和声学模型,利用该软件的动网格技术对叶片旋转区域的气体流动进行等效加载,仿真计算得到了场点的频域噪声。结果表明,变间距周向分布叶片的设计对降低风机的离散噪声峰值有明显效果。
Noise generation and characteristics of centrifugal fan for automotive air conditioning was summarized.A centrifugal fan with non- isometric blade impeller was designed to reduce the noise peak excited by periodical sweep of blades.Flow fluid and acoustic field model of centrifugal fan was established,in which the flow fluid adjacent to moving blades was loaded with a particular rotational speed,with dynamic mesh technique applied.By the simulation the noise in frequency domain indicated that the design of non- isometric blade impeller worked well in noise peak reduction of centrifugal fan.
