基于栖息地指数的中西太平洋鲣鱼预报模型比较研究

摘要
鲣鱼(Katsuwonus pelamis)是太平洋热带海域重要的金枪鱼种类,也是目前我国金枪鱼延绳钓的主要捕捞对象。本文根据1995-2012年中西太平洋海域(5°N-10°S;125°E-135°W)延绳钓生产统计数据,结合海表温度和海表高度的卫星数据,利用频次分布法分析了中西太平洋围网鲣鱼分布的SST和SSH适宜范围;采用外包络法,按季度分别建立了适应性指数(SI),采用算术平均法(AMM)和几何平均法(GMM)建立栖息地指数(HSI)模型计算其栖息地指数,并用2013年度的捕捞数据进行验证。结果表明,中西太平洋围网鲣鱼多分布在SST为28℃—30.5℃、SSH为65cm—95cm的海域。以捕捞天数为基础,采用外包络法建立适应性指数最为合适,各季度的SST最优权重分别为0.7、0.6、0.3、0.6。
Skipjack(Katsuwonus pelamis) is an important tropical Pacific Ocean tuna species, is currently China's major fishing tuna long line fishing of the object. According to the 1995-2012 in the Western Pacific Ocean(5 ~ N- 10 DEG S; 125 DEG E-135 DEG W) longline production statistics, combined with sea surface temperature and sea surface height of the satellite data, using frequency distribution analysis of Chinese and Western Pacific Seine SST and SSH for skipjack distribution range; using external envelope method quarterly, established respectively the adaptability index(SI), using the arithmetic mean method(AMM) and geometric mean method(GMM) to establish habitat suitability index(HSI) model to calculate the habitat index, and validated by the data of 2013 year fishing. The results show that the Western Pacific Seine bonito is distributed in SST to 28 C and 30.5 C, SSH 65cm- 95 cm of the sea. On the basis of fishing days, the adaptive index was established by using the outer envelope method, and the optimal weights of SST in each quarter were 0.7, 0.6, 0.3, 0.6, respectively.
